Positive: great location, spacious and well equipped
Negative: Sleep is ruled out by the ridiculously noisy air conditioning units which must date back to the last century. The place needs some work too, doors won’t stay closed, bathroom sink plug needs repair so you can shave, screen door won’t shut, and the place is pretty old and jaded.
